Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our JR Products Magnetic Baggage Door Catch in white. Now, folks, this magnetic door catch are gonna be an OEM replacement if your current one is broken. They're easy to upgrade from a manual catch door to a magnetic. They're super high-strength magnets. I can attest to that.
They hold the door in place while you access your cargo. We carry these in black as well, sold separately. Now the housing that these magnets are in that are inside of here are a weather-resistant ABS plastic. Each side installs easily with the included screws. And it's gonna be a super simple install.
So again, these are super strong. They come together, they hold really nice. They're actually really strong both ways. I'll try to separate 'em here and show you how strong they actually. So as you can see, I was about three, four inches away, and it automatically already came together.
And then if it was flipped around the other way, it's not as powerful, but same thing, about three or four inches. So very nice little product. This is the JR Magnetic Baggage Door Catch in white. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.

Magnets are strong. Will be interesting to see how long the plastic lasts. My OEM ones degraded in the sun and broke apart.
A magnetic door catch isn’t a very big deal, but the folks at etrailer treated this order as if it was. This is my first experience with etrailer and I can assure you it will not be the last. Very happy!
Best way to secure door ever , shocks pull out if windy and block view with door only opening 1/2 way
Poor construction. Especially outer thin plastic surface which just disentegraded after 4 years of sun exposure leaving the spacer and magnet inside to pull out on the opposing surface. Magnet is very strong though. Probably erodes even faster in the Southwest. I am in South Georgia.
Direct replacement for one on a 12 year old trailer, right down to the spacing of the screw holes. Can't ask for more.
